Eligibility and account responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MyDMARC.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may only add and manage domains that you own or are authorized to manage.

Subscriptions and billing

MyDMARC offers free and paid subscription plans. When you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellations stop future billing.
• Past charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• You must keep your billing information accurate and up to date.

Use of DMARC data

By using MyDMARC, you authorize us to receive, process, store, and display DMARC reports for your configured domains. You are responsible for configuring your DMARC DNS records so that reports are sent to MyDMARC. The completeness of reporting depends on correct DNS configuration by you or your DNS provider.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of MyDMARC.
• Use MyDMARC for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms or pose a security or abuse risk.

Availability

We strive to provide a reliable platform, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, network issues, or other events may impact access to MyDMARC.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States:

• MyDMARC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties.
• Null Commit, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of MyDMARC.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for MyDMARC in the two (2) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your MyDMARC account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use of MyDMARC presents a security, legal, or operational risk.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of MyDMARC after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
